We are a new gym, where well-equipped state of the art facilities and brilliant services are offered for an enjoyable and fulfilling member experience.
Our well-established fitness center is based in the Midlands offering as little for everyone’s personal fitness goals.
We facilitate a mixed gym consisting of a large free weights area and cardio, as well as a separate ladies gym and separate ladies & mens steam rooms.
Our exquisite Padded out Grapling room, MMA & boxing arena is a spotlight to work out in with a professional boxing ring, and MMA cage, punch bags and much more.
To up your game, our fitness instructors will help assist your personal progression of fitness and health. We also offer instructor led spin classes, a variation of other Free Fitness sessions.
We value our members and care for their dietary requirements offering them fresh healthy food and a supplement nutrition shop!
